My passion lies with helping clients learn tools, techniques and strategies to cultivate self-acceptance, resiliency, and a deeper self-awareness necessary to navigate salient stressors. I offer a warm, supportive, & nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow while exploring depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship struggles.
