I work with individual clients with various struggles that include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma survivors, substance abuse problems as well as clients experiencing life cycle changes and grief. I work with clients of various ages ranging from 21- 99. I am a trauma informed therapist who incorporates various concepts from different treatment modalities including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic theory. I have worked with many populations including but not limited to survivors of domestic violence, clients experiencing grief and loss, clients over the age of 60 and those suffering from chronic MI.
