You have the answers to your issues. My passion is to support and help you navigate in finding your authentic self through self-compassion, self-love and self-care. I have worked for the Department of Corrections then in Substance Abuse Treatment for the past 16 years and recently obtained my Master's in Clinical Mental Health. Therapy is a safe place to learn to be gentle with yourself and find a path of healing and freedom. I have been in practice since 2007 and enjoy working with individuals and couples. It is helpful to have a non-judgmental and unbiased person to share with and find your solution.
