Ideal clients are ready to engage.Maybe your anxiety or depression has reached unmanageable levels, or you're sick of binge eating or chronic dieting and you want to work on changing your relationship with food or your body. Accomplishing goals we've never made progress in (or have made little progress in), may require doing things we've never done, and I can be here to support you as we figure out together what's not working, and over time, work to develop a plan to overcoming those barriers.
