I have worked with clients from Hawaii to Florida, and strived to contribute to their personal journeys toward fulfillment and balance. My work initially focused on children and families, and evolved to include lifestyle and behavioral counseling for adults, families, and seniors of all ages and stages of life. Over the past 10 years, I have focused on nurturing individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and confusion. From grief, loss, or fear, to parenting, finding work life balance, or entering new chapters of life, change presents us all with burdens that should be recognized and appreciated.
