I help people end toxic relationship patterns. I also provide adoption assessments and psychological assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism, and mood disorders. My specialities for therapy include anxiety, depression, relational issues, disordered eating, PTSD, and issues related to spirituality/religiousness and culture. Although the stigma against mental health is so real, you don't have to be in that alone. Together we can identify the goals you want to achieve, alleviate your current symptoms, and work towards a meaningful, fulfilling, and thriving life.
