I offer compassionate, client-focused support to individuals navigating a wide array of life challenges. My generalist model allows me to work with people from all walks of life, regardless of what you are facing be it stress, anxiety, relationship hurdles, life transitions or the general feeling of being stuck. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered to explore new perspective and coping strategies. Using a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based practice, and mindfulness, we channel our work to meet your needs and goals.
