Since earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1990, Dr. Ciccarello has worked with a wide variety of clients dealing with issues ranging from chemical dependency, homelessness, and HIV/AIDS to traumatized children and adolescents in foster care and residential treatment. Dr. Ciccarello currently works with individuals, couples, and families, and runs parenting workshops focusing on child development and positive discipline. Her approach to treatment is based on psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral principles. She is particularly interested in working with people struggling with anxiety and depression.
