About
I am a Licensed Professional Therapist, based in Florida. I was born in the Island of Jamaica but attended College in the USA, where I gained my Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and my Masters from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences. In our first session, after introducing ourselves to each other, I will help my client to understand the process of our weekly therapy sessions and then allow them to share their reason/s for coming to therapy. It is very important for me to know my clients WHY from the start.
