My aim and joy as a therapist is to understand you as an expert on your own life. In order to process the complexity of everyday living, we compartmentalize and make generalizations about our experience. Sometimes we hold on to generalizations that may have served us at one point, but no longer apply to current circumstances. I concentrate on listening, non-judgmental questioning, emotional support and holding space for your process. My collaborative approach focuses on adaptation, allowing us to apply the methods that work best, while processing and making space for what does not work.
