Rosemary is the founder of Adelante Counseling and Wellness, which provides individual and group therapy, consultation, and wellness workshops. Her work is informed by a strengths-based, social justice, and trauma-informed lens that acknowledges the psychological effects of systemic oppression on individuals and communities.
