My name is Rosie and I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017. I focus on helping you learn how to have a calm, regulated nervous system and live with more self-compassion. I work best with clients who are motivated to try new things and get creative. I love meditation, writing, and nature and they play a large role in how I think about and practice therapy. I am passionate about integrating Ketamine Assisted Therapy and EMDR into my practice to help make lasting transformation possible.
