Often the goal of therapy can be as simple as becoming aware of patterns and understanding how your motivations are linked to certain behaviors. I provide psychotherapy to individuals, high school/college students, couples and families. I'm safe for LGBTQ persons and have a specialty working with substance use disorders and anxiety/depression issues.
