Seeking professional help can be a scary process, searching for someone you can trust and share the challenges and life stressors with can seem overwhelming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work degree from Asbury University and have ten years of experience helping others with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, grief, communication issues and adjustment disorders. I provide individual counseling to clients ages 12 and older and utilize evidence-based treatment interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma systems therapy, and motivational interviewing to address anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem and communication barriers.
