You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. I primarily work with adults ages 20–60 who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly disconnected from themselves. Depression, anxiety, transitions, grief, lack of confidence, perfectionism, and lacking boundaries are all specialities of mine. I also offer play therapy for children 2-9 years old. I especially love nature therapy sessions (and have a Masters Degree in it), but I am known for including art, sand tray, metaphors, and poetry, as well as traditional talk therapy. When you are ready to stand more fully in yourself, I can provide the space for you to begin.
