Very open schedule for now! I believe therapy should be a space where clients can laugh, cry, and process honestly; without judgment, pressure, or stigma. I work with kids, teens, and adults, shaping sessions to what each person needs. I use EMDR to support trauma work, but I’m just as comfortable treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life stress, identity shifts, and a wide range of other concerns. With children and teens, I work collaboratively with both kids and their families, incorporating art and play-based interventions.
