I strive to meet you where you’re currently at, creating a person-centered and nonjudgmental environment. I work with ages eleven and up, primarily with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. Always mindful of the power of relational systems, I enjoy counseling couples, families, and parents. I am driven by the power of stories and storytelling, helping my clients to become more attuned and engaged editors in their own life story.
