I specialize in working with teens, families and college students, as well as adults and couples here in New Hampshire. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a mental health professional trained in psychotherapy with a focus on family systems. I have spent the majority of my career working with clients to more effectively communicate and manage conflict, connect with themselves and others, and address their anxiety and depression. I have trained in models that focus on undercurrents and patterns that leave people feeling stuck in repetitive cycles, as well as those that address anxiety and behavioral struggles in the home.
