I enjoy working with individuals dealing with a variety of issues and life circumstances, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, attachment and relationship issues, pornography addiction, spiritual issues, anxiety, and depression. I don't believe in a “one size fits all” approach, but considers the whole person, and use a variety of approaches, including trauma-informed interventions, parts work, person-centered approaches, CBT, ERP, and others when working with you towards insight and healing.
