LIfe is challenging for anyone living on earth, emotional chaos, wanting to have a safe place to connect with each other and people around us, deal with partners, children, extended families, how to learn and hold on to enjoyment in life even with experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression or other illnesses. In my work with couples, adults, and families as is based on Attachment Theory and current research model of treatment known as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). It is based and developed by Dr. Sue Johnson.
