Hi! My name is Rowena Fernandez, I have been a practicing LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) for over 2 decades in California. I believe in overall wellness so my approach to therapy is client/solution-focused, psychoeducational, and preventative while working with adults/older adults with anxiety, mood, and adjustment disorders. I think that everyone motivated by change is equipped to take a different path for a healthier lifestyle. My usual client profile is individual adults/older adults who may be dealing with anxiety, mood, and adjustment disorders (i.e., stress with life transitions).
