In my work, I use evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to your unique needs. I believe therapy is most effective when grounded in trust, curiosity, and authenticity. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin; showing up as you are is enough. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your sense of self, and build skills you can use beyond the therapy room. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps.
