I specialize in couples and family therapy and psychodynamic therapy with individual adults. My 25+ years experience includes working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and issues of aging. I have done extensive work in the areas of grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, family conflict, and parenting. In addition, I provide clinical supervision for therapists for a minimal fee. Creating a safe, secure therapeutic environment is my top priority for the work we'll be doing together. My schedule includes in-person appointments in an office setting in Delmar, NY and remote sessions. Weekend sessions available.
