Welcome, brave soul! Though it can often be challenging knowing when to ask for help, I'm here to reassure you that you're taking the a step in the direction toward wellness by allowing me to be part of that journey. My experience working with clients who are healing from attachment wounds, loss, intergenerational trauma, and substance abuse recovery has helped me develop a practice that integrates compassion and authenticity to help meet my clients’ needs. As a human being first, I also empathize with overcoming adversity and the mental and emotional toll that can come from adjusting from one phase of life to the next.
