As a generational therapist, I see clients from ages 12 to 90 in my practice. The majority of my clientele are dealing with the normal but inevitable changes of life as they advance through the various developmental stages of their lives. Their primary needs are to navigate the changes in their lives by applying the tools of CBT and other cognitive restructuring techniques.
