Hi there, I'm Rubidia! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe environment for every person to have a safe space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. My clinical work is informed by, but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory. Most importantly I recognize that every individual is unique and I am determined to tailor each treatment to meet your personal needs.
