Being alive is hard. Opening ourselves up to love, desire, and expectation inevitably leads to experiences of disappointment, anger, and loss. But we don't have to bear it all alone. With the support and witnessing of a therapist we can learn to fine tune our awareness of the layers of our experience and emotions to find the parts within us that long to be heard. Although not immediately clear, negative patterns that we find ourselves in again and again can lead to insight that unlocks our capacity to heal. I strive to bring all of my awareness, intuition, insight and care to be with you as you are, in all that you are experiencing. Although challenging, the loud and difficult emotions that we are faced with are evidence of our aliveness, and act as guides on the path towards greater clarity and personal fulfillment.
