My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore your emotions with curiosity and compassion—identifying patterns, uncovering strengths, and working toward greater self-understanding and lasting change. I integrate relational, feminist, and emotion-focused perspectives, recognizing how early experiences, cultural narratives, and systemic factors shape our sense of self and relationships. Many of the struggles we face stem from disconnection—from ourselves, from others, or from the world around us. In our work together, I aim to help you reconnect with your emotions as valuable sources of information and help guide you toward a deeper sense of agency and authenticity. My priority is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
