I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, perfectionism, and self-worth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy is a space for reflection, healing, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we often push aside. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing,” it’s about reflecting on and validating the very normal reactions we all have to life’s stressors. I strive to hold space for all aspects of your identity; cultural, relational, emotional, so that you feel seen and supported. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an eclectic, flexible style that honors each client’s unique needs. With children, I use play therapy as a developmentally attuned way to foster safety, expression, and growth.
