As an immigrant, I understand the hesitation many people feel in seeking mental health support, often due to fears of being misunderstood or judged while navigating multiple identities, cultures, and expectations. I believe that healing is most effective when therapy honors both the emotional and cultural dimensions of your lived experience. With this in mind, I offer a gentle, culturally affirming, and trauma-informed space for young adults and adults, individual and families.
