In my work with individuals, families, and couples, I embody a supportive and accepting approach with the notion that every person has the capacity to grow even when facing challenges along the way. I am aware that for some, therapy can be threatening and uncomfortable to even consider, so I strive to create an atmosphere that is safe, comfortable and authentic. I truly believe in the positive influence of conversations that promote self-reflection, critical thinking and alternative perspectives to discover and enhance untapped skills and tools which can increase life satisfaction.
