I am a clinical psychologist with 10+ years of experience. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety disorders, substance use, acculturation, and relationship/interpersonal difficulties and more. Being an Asian immigrant and having lived in different countries (Hong Kong, Malaysia, England), I understand the struggle of having misaligned values and ideals from the people around us. However, these experiences have also helped me connect with people of different cultures and mentalities, and have helped me to understand how people relate to their own mental health.
