My practice is exclusively online using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform making therapy private, comfortable, and convenient. My name is Russell or Rusty, whichever you prefer. My approach is casual, but also rooted in science. Like an astronaut might say they “always knew they wanted to be an astronaut”, I’ve always known I wanted to be a therapist. I’ve studied many interesting psychological treatment approaches, but graduated from a rigorous Psychology program rooted in the science of Cognitive Behavioral Theory, CBT is a treatment I truly believe in. My Master's degree is a Master’s of Science in Social Work.
