In life’s toughest moments, you need someone to walk through the darkness with you, someone who will listen with compassion and withhold judgment. No one was meant to face difficulty alone. My office is a place where we can work together to tackle the unwanted or overwhelming thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in your life without fear of judgment. I work with parents, children, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy getting to work with people of many different backgrounds. I have experience helping clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, parent-child conflict, divorce, and ADHD.
