I will help you to understand and change unhealthy patterns of behaving that you have developed because that is how you've always done things. I am particularly interested in the intergenerational transmission of trauma that can accompany those that immigrate from other countries, and how our social and cultural milieus create systems that contribute to a feeling of otherness.
