In my work I offer individual and family services to children, adults and families, both in person and via telehealth. Families might come to therapy to work on parent-child relationships, or supporting their children in school or social settings. Adult clients may show up with issues of anxiety, depression or substance overuse. Whatever the problems that bring a client in the door, we will view through a strength-based lens, with curiosity and compassion for who you are and who you want to be. Our sessions follow the client's needs, from modeling co-regulation strategies for parents, to engaging in play and expressive arts for children, to discovering mood management strategies for adults. Whatever brings a client to therapy, we will understand in a way that honors who you are and builds on your strengths and resilience.
