Many of the individuals I work with are helping professionals themselves—physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, educators, clergy, business owners and caregivers to family/aging parents. My work is best suited for clients seeking support with relationship boundaries, caregiver fatigue, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, or addictive/compulsive behaviors (such as substances, internet use, gambling etc). Together, we explore interactions, uncover patterns, and reshape personal narratives and attachment styles. My goal is to help you build greater stability and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
