About
Maturity, empathy and well developed listening skills are assets which I offer. I've been especially interested in helping women during pregnancy, and the postpartum period and resolving grief and loss from miscarriages. In addition, addressing issues of depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress in men or women is especially gratifying to me. I often begin by teaching techniques for stress reduction, or in the case of lethargic depression, ways to energize the body, which help people function better quickly. Most important to me is helping people find hidden strengths and restore inner balance.
