Hello, I'm Dr. Ruth Olmstead and I have been practicing in Florida for 25 years. I utilize a multi modal approach to the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, ADHD, Learning Disorders, as well as a variety of other disorders. I use the latest high tech, non-drug approaches with individual therapy to address a variety of disorders and issues. I believe in maximizing your personal growth, and focus on helping you find greater joy in life, as well as gaining personal insight and finding better ways to cope with life's changes, challenges, and stresses. I specialize in the treatment of children and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety and learning disorders. I can assist in making positive changes in academic performance and behavior. I work closely with parents, schools, and other health care providers to create improved self-esteem, behavior, personal growth, and better school grades and study habits.
