The premise of my work with clients is grounded in supportive therapy that integrates cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior tools, trauma informed practices, and insight-oriented therapy. I seek to address the unique needs of each client by understanding the impact of presenting stressors and symptoms on their daily life. As the various developmental stages of life present their own unique challenges, additional stress can develop with unexpected changes in relationships, careers, and health. At times when these stressors become overwhelming, symptoms of depression, anxiety, and unresolved trauma unfold. My approach to therapy showcases a profound dedication to establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. Creating a safe and trusting environment where individuals can freely explore the core issues that underlie their emotions and behaviors reflects my understanding of the essential foundation required for effective therapy.
