I have a passion for treating children and adolescents that are struggling with behavioral and emotional problems, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional defiance and behavioral struggles, trauma, and grief. I work with the family unit to best help the child overcome life obstacles while helping the parents navigate stressful times and how they can best help their child succeed. I also treat adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer EMDR for both youth and adults for trauma related issues and have seen clients make significant gains through this process.
