I am adolescent & adult psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate any barriers to achieving their life goals, gain self-confidence, and become their best self. As an engaging, compassionate listener, I create a comfortable virtual environment for teens and adults to share personal experiences and concerns. If you (or your teen) are exhibiting anxiety, frustration, anger, or sadness, I can help with better understanding and developing new skills to work through these emotions. With children/teens, I also help parents learn to more effectively support their child, set limits, and minimize conflicts.
