I work best with clients who are looking for a space to sort things out, to hit pause on their life and look at it from the outside. I work with a lot of people who want to figure things out themselves, and are looking for help with the empowerment to do so. This can come in the form of validation of both good and bad, looking at problems from different angles, sitting in the feelings and reflecting on ones own reactions. From here, goal determination and problem solving can happen more easily, either in or out of session.
