I’m a licensed therapist (LISW) and co-founder of Lifeworks. After more than 20 years practicing at Lifeworks, I recently transitioned into a solo practice in West Des Moines. I work with adults and teens of all genders to address challenges related to anxiety and depression, strengthen confidence, and find greater balance through thoughtful, evidence-based therapy. When helpful, I also offer hypnosis (hypnotherapy) as an additional supportive tool for my clients. Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, and the relationship you build is ultimately what makes the difference. While I’m trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I believe the most meaningful progress happens within a genuine, trusting, and collaborative relationship between a therapist and their client.
