Whether change blindsides you or you’re forced to watch as it all unravels, you’re likely to be left with two more F words: Fear and Frustration. Overwhelming emotions, unanswerable questions, and the loss control can make it impossible to find solid ground on your own. That’s where I come in. I’m a calming presence, your port in the storm.
