It is a privilege to witness people reclaiming their lives and experiencing the profound satisfaction that comes from living a values-centered life. I have been fortunate to attend a doctoral training program, internship, and postdoctoral residency that were each accredited by the American Psychological Association, which helped ensure a high-caliber training environment, which was also quite varied in settings, approaches, and diagnoses. During our sessions, I will guide, encourage, and teach you. The work you do between sessions will be the most important as you grow and change in profound ways.
