I have over 13 years of experience working with people dealing with depression, ADHD, career and life struggles, family conflicts, grief, focus issues, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and health related issues. I am also a trained EMDR clinician with the ability to utilize the practice in both in person and telehealth sessions
