I believe in a person-centered approach when working with clients. In sessions I like to explore client’s strengths and weaknesses to facilitate growth in each area. I consider myself to be a very psychoeducational therapist, meaning my clients can expect to learn both inside and outside of sessions with supplemental resources or homework materials. I also believe in meeting clients where they are—no matter where you are in your journey or stage of change, human growth and development is lifelong.
