I work with adults on anxiety, depression, transitions, and adjustments. As a LGBT allied counselor, I aim to support the associated challenges that my clients encounter within themselves, their family, and community. I also enjoy working with individuals to make their relationships successful, enjoyable, and easier. In my work I have had powerful alliances and opportunities for professional growth from in-home counseling to in-patient mental health counseling to intensive outpatient counseling. In my work experience, I have found one thing in common: we all strive for meaningfulness. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment to address and move through difficult life moments using the biophysical and mental health knowledge and processes learned from years of study to build an informed, reliable, and empowered relationship for client growth.
