Welcome! I am a LPC that specializes in work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a wide array of concerns related to relationships, emotional regulation or life transitions. For many, seeking out counseling can be a scary and intimidating first step towards change. As a counselor, my first goal is to create a trusting, therapeutic relationship in the counseling room, and to use this relationship as an agent for change. In session, I'll help uncover patterns in your life that no longer serve you and help you find new ways of being in the world. I understand that each age group/developmental level of my clients need diverse approaches. As a counselor, I utilize play therapy with children and expressive arts to help teens and adults work through diverse concerns. Additionally, I utilize Person-Centered, Adlerian, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based therapy approaches with my clients.
